◉ Require Upfront Payment , if it's half it must be paid once the illustration is in process or finished. I will not start on a commission unless it’s paid.
◉ No refunds once payment has been made. Refunds will only be made if I am unable to continue your commission.

PROCESS◉ Please give your descriptions and clear idea in the first message, that will be much faster and more convenient for both side. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions if you’re not sure about something. But before doing so, make sure you carefully read all the information on this page.
◉ Please PROVIDE a draft @ visual reference for your commission. (Colors palette, details, height).
◉ Once the payment was made, I'll be working on a sketch, I'll show it to you, after all chances are made. Once you aprove it, I will start working on it.
◉ During the process, I'll be sending you differents updates and asking you questions if I need it. Note that some huge / complex changes might require an additional payment.
◉ Commissions procedure is normally one week, but this could depend with the complexity of the illustrations
